1. What an Affiliate Link Means
An affiliate link is a link containing tracking information that allows a participating merchant or platform to identify that a visitor arrived from Éritaj FM. If the visitor completes a qualifying transaction, Éritaj FM may earn a commission or referral fee.
The price paid by the visitor is not increased because an affiliate link was used.
2. Amazon Associates
Éritaj FM participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for eligible sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon and qualifying products or services.
Amazon affiliate links may appear in connection with books, cultural publications, music-related resources, equipment, educational materials or other recommendations relevant to Éritaj FM's editorial and cultural mission.
3. Editorial Independence
Affiliate participation does not purchase or guarantee airplay, Éritaj Top 10 ranking, Artist of the Month selection, Partner Stage placement, editorial coverage, reviews, interviews, cultural features or other recognition on Radio 1804, Éritaj FM.
When Éritaj FM recommends a book, recording, artist resource or cultural product, the existence of an affiliate relationship does not determine the station's editorial judgment.
4. Link-Level Disclosures
When reasonably practical, pages containing affiliate recommendations will include a nearby notice such as "Affiliate link," "Paid link," "Commissions earned," or a similar clear disclosure so visitors can understand the commercial relationship before following the link.
5. Other Affiliate or Partner Programs
Éritaj FM may participate in additional affiliate or referral programs in the future. When such relationships are activated, we will identify them as appropriate and update this disclosure when the change is material.
A link to a third-party platform does not automatically mean it is an affiliate link. Many Éritaj FM links to artists, music services, cultural organizations, nonprofit programs and partner platforms are provided simply as resources for listeners and visitors.
6. Third-Party Purchases
Purchases made after leaving eritajfm.com are transactions between the visitor and the third-party merchant or platform. Product availability, pricing, taxes, shipping, returns, warranties, customer service and merchant policies are controlled by the third party, not Éritaj FM.
